Besides, screening options include MIL-STD-883 and MIL-PRF-38534. The applications for these amplifiers include space communications, satellite applications, flight systems, R&D or just Hi-Rel applications that require high Mean-Time-Between-Failure numbers (up to 1 Million hours).
